These muffins are super easy, and so delicious! Makes 6 Pots Ingredients 1.5 cup almond meal 1 cup desiccated coconut or coconut flakes ½ cup roughly chopped nuts of your choice 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ cup coconut oil or olive oil ¼ cup coconut sugar or 1 tbsp raw honey Pinch sea salt 3 large apples, cored and cut into cubes 1 cup fresh or frozen berries 1 cup water 1 tsp cinnamon Coconut Yoghurt & Fresh Strawberries to serve Method
