Upon purchasing ,you will be e-mailed with a 'Meal Plan Questionnaire' so that I have a solid understanding of your requirements. Whether you be vegan, coeliac or have certain likes/dislikes/intolerances, I will create a plan to work specifically for your body type.
Once I receive your questionnaire answers, you can expect a personalised meal plan to appear in your inbox within 7 days.
